Many of you are visiting here for the first time because of a recent series of Evite invitations I sent out. I’m sure you were thinking “Surely, there can’t be that many “Guentzels” out there who would grab the domain name guentzel.org”. Well, you would be right.

If you’re debating on going to any of the activities because you’re anxious about your classmates, rest assured that things are different than they were 20 years ago. Some of us have kids and jobs and ulcers. We’ll have lots to talk about.

And if you think the reunion will be like the movie Grosse Point Blank, you can rest easy there too. I doubt anyone will read you their poetry while in a drunken stupor (no guarantees, though).

If you can’t make the party on Saturday night, please come to one of the other events. Believe it or not, there are people who want to see you.
